Pastoral Care to the Sick and the Homebound 

Caring for the elderly parishioners who are no longer able to come to Church, the sick, and the dying is an important part of the love we share and show one another as a community, and in the way we value life as Christians. In this, we take example from the life and ministry of Jesus, who healed many, and always took time to visit the sick and the dying.

The Cathedral Rector together with some volunteers are available to visit those who are sick at home, hospital or other care facilities.

The Cathedral Rector has a regular schedule of visit at:

Fort George Manor every Thursday afternoon

Simon Fraser Lodge every Friday afternoon

Upon request, he also visits residence at Gateway Lodge and The Hospice House.
