Fatima Devotees

One of the special feasts celebrated twice a year (May and October) at the Cathedral is the commemoration of the apparition of Our Lady to the three shepherd children (Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta) in the small village of Fatima in Portugal in 1917.  

Those celebrations are usually observed on Sunday closer to May 13 and October 13.  The Portugueese-Canadian in the City of Prince George coordinates these events i.e. Mass, rosary, procession.
